The dessert experts have teamed up to deliver 24 Japanese-inspired, handcrafted ice cream flavours to satisfy all your sweet and savoury needs. There is no shortage of choices, with the menu including White Sesame, Miso, Fuji Apple and Strawberry Shortcake.
Utilising the skills and experience learnt from her time as a pastry chef and the knowledge she gained in Japan, Joane has skilfully combined her appreciation for Japanese flavours with fresh Australian ingredients. She and Chu, with their vast and dynamic culinary experience, are constantly brainstorming new and exciting flavours, with an ever-changing menu based on seasonal produce.
