Maisonette by Hemingway's Wine Room

1 / 5
Ricky Sam

Located in leafy East Melbourne, Hemingway's Wine Room combines the experience of four hospitality heroes each bringing their unique set of skills to the table. Drawing inspiration from the golden age when Hemingway was alive and French bistro's were thriving, their 70 seater brings a vibrant charm to the inner city suburb.

They opened their doors amidst a pandemic in June this year when restaurants were allowed to have seated customers - and have had to quickly adapt to the stage four restrictions by introducing "Maisonette" - their at home experience. Three dinner options to choose from named after Ernest Hemingway's novels that feature classic French fare are available for pick-up and delivery seven days a week.

A Moveable Feast, The Old Man & The Sea, The Sun Also Rises and The Garden of Eden. You can view their menus here. Of course being a wine bar, they have a great selection of wines available to purchase too.

So what are you waiting for? It's time to get your French on - au revoir!
