Lui Bar stands 236 metres above Melbourne’s streets in a building envisioned by the Grollo family, third-generation Italian immigrants. Their dream was to build a better city, and their legacy inspired many new Melburnians to contribute to the city's unique culture. Lui Bar embodies this spirit, honouring the passion, flavours, and stories that shaped Melbourne’s drinking culture.

Start your culinary journey with Sydney Rock Oysters, accompanied by buttermilk and habanero oil. The Unearthed Mushroom Vol En Vent, Fried Chicken with fermented chilli, and Roasted Macadamias & Salt Bush are other popular choices.

  • For dessert, indulge in the Chocolate Lamington with Raspberry Gel or the decadent Chocolate Soufflé. For those who prefer savoury, the Three Cheeses platter with accompaniments is a must-try

Signature Cocktails: A World of Flavours

  • Lui Bar’s cocktail menu is an eclectic mix, featuring innovative creations like the Margot (Cocchi Rosa, Davidson Plum, Rhubarb) and the Sticky Rice (Rum, Toasted Rice, Pandan, Coconut). The Karaka blends gin with sunrise lime and cacao husk, while the Macadamia Martini is a delightful fusion of rum, amontillado, and macadamia.

Wines, Spirits, and More

  • The wine list includes selections like the Tahbilk x Vue de Monde Prosecco and Mount Langi Ghiran Vine Road Shiraz. For beer lovers, there’s Sapporo Lager, Hop Nation’s The Heart Pale Ale, and Timothy Taylor’s Landlord Pale Ale, among others.

Lui Bar is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30pm, and Friday and Saturday from 3pm. Closed Sunday to Tuesday, the bar welcomes both reservations and walk-in guests.
