Lui Bar stands 236 metres above Melbourne’s streets in a building envisioned by the Grollo family, third-generation Italian immigrants. Their dream was to build a better city, and their legacy inspired many new Melburnians to contribute to the city's unique culture. The Karaka blends gin with sunrise lime and cacao husk, while the Macadamia Martini is a delightful fusion of rum, amontillado, and macadamia.

Lui Bar is open Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30pm, and Friday and Saturday from 3pm. Closed Sunday to Tuesday, the bar welcomes both reservations and walk-in guests.
