Pizza lovers, clear your Sunday plans—400 Gradi is going all out for World Pizza Day with a three-hour celebration of free-flowing slices, spritzes, and Bellinis at their original Brunswick outpost.
On Sunday, February 9, from 2–5pm, the legendary Lygon Street pizzeria is hosting an all-in pizza party where the dough won’t stop spinning. For $59 a head, expect an afternoon of endless pizza by the slice, refreshing drinks, and a buzzing atmosphere soundtracked by DJ Mark Pallegrini.
But that’s not all—there are some serious prizes up for grabs, including spots in a Gradi Pizza Masterclass, gift vouchers, cookbooks, merch, and the ultimate score: free entry to three bottomless pizza sessions at Gradi. Ten lucky guests will win this golden ticket, giving them even more reason to keep coming back for another slice.
The event also marks the launch of Gradi’s new ‘Slice’n Spritz’ sessions, set to kick off on March 1. Every Saturday night from 8–10pm, the Brunswick venue will serve up bottomless pizza slices and spritzes—because what’s better than one pizza? As many as you can handle.
World Pizza Day is the perfect excuse to indulge, and no one does it quite like 400 Gradi. Founded by Johnny Di Francesco, the first Australian to be named ‘World Pizza Champion,’ the Brunswick institution is known for its award-winning Neapolitan-style pies—charred, chewy, and certified by the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana.
Tickets for the World Pizza Day party are on sale now, and given the promise of unlimited pizza and spritzes, they won’t last long.
