Get ready for a grand get-together hosted by Archer's and Bakery Hill Distillery.

For those out of the loop, Bakery Hill is our local legend, crafting top-tier single malts since before the turn of the millennium. Yeah, Melbourne's got its own whisky king, who needs Scotland?

Archer's in Docklands, is the surprising gem in our busy city. Underneath its vaulted ceiling, a night of memorable merriment awaits. Here, Docklands isn't just about business towers and fancy boats, it's about a sense of community and shared experiences.

The evening's all about good grub and great whisky. It kicks off with Grilled Banana Bread, accompanied by a whisky sour. Then, a perfectly concocted chicken liver parfait steps into the ring with Bakery Hill's Classic Malt. It's a mix you never thought you'd love.

Next up, the main event: a Koji Marinated Beef Short Rib, matched with the earthy Bakery Hill Peated Malt. Picture this: the Melbourne skyline, a balmy breeze, a plate of this in front of you. Magic.

For the finale, it’s Sticky Medjool Date Pudding with Bakery Hill Caramel Sauce, paired with Bakery Hill Double Wood. A delectable end to a night of good company, laughter, and Melbourne pride.
